What do you think is the error? I don't see anything.

I see several stains, a couple of nicks and a few things that classify as PMD. If your looking at and around the word cent, it's PMD.

thanks for reply, I see above "on" in one and the third and forth column in shield and it isn't dirt, and other coin "n" in cent and 6 or 7 column in shield, and above "n"

You have to bear in mind that these coins are mostly zinc which, when used, produces a lousy finish on the coin.

thanks for reply, I agree, I never wash coins but this one I did with warm soap and water and I believe that is not dirt above "on" and in shield

Looks like a possible die crack just above the "N" to me.

The most recent photo. It looks like it might be a die break, but I cannot tell if it is actually raised or if it is merely a black line. There is definitely machine doubling in the "O" and the "N", but that is fairly common.

Still hard for me to tell. Look at it under a loop or magnifying glass. If that line above the O and N is raised then it could be from a cracked die.

On the first set of photos a small die crack above the N in One, the rest are PMD.
