On the reverse side the blurry In God We Trust, blurry 2015 and P. Also the line under the neck is defined. There is also an upper shadow on the obverse side in the same area of the dime. I have seen this described as a worn die but I had not seen it on both sides before.
You have a coin from an over used die, especially common on Philadelphia cupro nickel coins. Notice the outward striations of the metal flow.
