I'm finally back on CoinTalk! I found this coin in pocket change and knew I had to check it. Apparently the Philadelphia mint made a lot of mistakes the past two years and 2015 was actually called year of the error coins. So my pictures aren't very good so it may be hard to see but I have an arrow to help you.
Sir you're absolutely correct Philadelphia may have had some problems if you're interested please go to my thread on page 7 gobble gobble wing doubling, I have found quite a few errors, in my other thread gobble gobble gobble. And welcome back to coin talk.
