    Hello..

    Sorry if I'm not allowed to ask this question, if not please delete.

    My 2015 Harry S Truman Coin & Chronicles Set Has a booklet/pamphlet with white spots on the front & rear covers & I know some of you have sent your coins to be graded. I am wondering if someone would sell me a booklet/pamphlet or the whole empty 2015 Harry S Truman Coin & Chronicles Set Packaging Only with an unmarked booklet/pamphlet?
