2015 €2 French Commemorative Coin 180° ROTATION ERROR

Hello guys!

I have this €2 French 2015 Euro Flag Commemorative coin that has all the characteristics of a €2 coin (weight, size, magnetism, edge) but has a 180° rotation error.

Anyone can advise if these are rare, and if so, how rare? And are these expensive?
