On ebay, I see people selling rolls of 2014 P&D Cents, and for nickels and dime they are only selling individual S mint marks.
Does anyone know when they released the Cents to the banks and when they will be releasing the nickels and dimes? I tried searching for info on google but I had no luck. I thought it was odd that I can't find any info on it, I thought something like that would be easy to find out. The only info I can find about 2014 US coins are the quarters, dollar coins, and commeratives.

Go to the source http://www.usmint.gov/ for the answers to your questions. Click on the Product Schedule tab and you will see what is available directly from the Mint right now. It usually takes several weeks for coins released for circulation to get to your local bank. You could ask the manager where you have your account and see if he/she could order you some new coins.

I work at a bank and rarely see new rolled coins throughout the year at all. It's usually circulated ones, which I prefer of course. Spend time roll searching while no customers are around...

I have checked that but it only lists ATB quarters, presidential dollar coins, proof sets, and commeratives for the entire year. No mention of cents, nickels, or dimes, which makes me wonder where the people on ebay got the S proofs, let alone full rolls of P & D cents.

the quarters, halves, and presidential dollars are out. i think cents come out today (it's usually either presidents day or lincolns birthday) , not sure on nickels or dimes, but i usually start seeing them in march and april

The quarters and dollars have specific release dates. The cents, nickels and dimes were available to the Fed on Jan 1st but will only be ordered by the Fed when their stockpiles are getting low. Even after they order them it can take awhile before they trickle through the system and show up in change. The first reports of the P and D cents came about 10 days ago, but I haven't seen any reports on nickels or dimes. I would think we will start hearing the first reports fairly soon. (They won't get to my area for another year or two. I've started seeing a few 2013 coins but there are still some 2012's that haven't shown up. I've still seen only one 2005 buffalo nickel and that was probably two years ago.)

I've gotten a bunch of new 2014 cents in change this week but they are the only 2014 dated coins I've found in the wild so far.
