2013 trinary flipper star note

    So, do I have something here?? I'm new to paper money collecting. I usually just collected coins. Now I'm hooked on paper too. Ugh. This is a triple threat. Has to be worth more than a dollar. Right?

    First, welcome to CT. Stay with us and you'll love it. As for your note, it is as you described it. Trinary for 3 digits (0, 6 & 9). Star is obivious. Flipper because the three digits can be read upside down as well as right side up.
    As for value, if in perfect condition, no holes, creases, tears, stains, writing, etc., a collector of such bills would be in the $10.00 range. Very nice find.

    Nice find, and a good candidate for eBay.

    Everything a newbie likes hearing, Trinary, Flipper and Star.

    Condition issues hold it back and most advanced collectors do not see any additional value for hype like trinary and flipper.
