could this be mint damage ? Or maybe on the wrong planchet ? the reason i'm asking is the rim goes all the way around the coin,maybe got hung on the die or something??? i made several photo's so you can look it over.It looks bent but its not its smooth View attachment 1044395

Please explain how you think the minting process produced something that looks like that.

That is damaged plain and simple.

 

I was going to ask where she bought it or how she acquired it?

 

Coin cruelty, pure and complicated.

 

For the person who messed with this coin (post mint), the cruelty was the point.

Not a mint error of any kind.

 

So much crazy damage on the coin. I feel sad for it.

 

If you saw a brand new car with a rim that looked that bad, would you think it came from the factory like that? ~ Chris
