    Hi everyone, I just received this at work today and it is by far the lowest serial number that I have found so far but is it low enough to be considered worth putting in a collection? I have read a few different articles about low numbers and some say 0000 is worth saving and some say that its only worth saving if it has 00000 so im not sure which to agree with and I need opinions from paper collectors. I know its all about what you like but I want to only put ones that are worth it in an album and there are still some things....well alot of things I dont know yet about collecting. I am learning though but I still need help on some stuff. I appreciate your thoughts on this and thank you. 2013low.jpg

    Some dealers may buy notes with four leading zeroes, but these notes don't have any real premium unless the serial number is under 1,000.

    That's not to say that they have don't have any premium. You might get $1.50 or $2 for it somewhere.

    @Nevadabell summed it up well.

    It's just a buck, and in good condition, so I would be tempted to keep it.

    It's low. It's a dollar. It's in great condition. Tuck it away somewhere safe. You won't miss the dollar. :) It even has a small amount of bleed through.

    It's somewhat cool. Looks to be in great shape. Only a dollar tied up. I would keep it. Put in a protective sleeve if you do.

    Nice find. I tend to keep them if they're under 5000 with no folds; under 1000 with 1-3 folds, still pretty crisp; and all under 100. Lowest find was #72 and it was well circulated.

    I've only been seriously trying to learn about paper money for a month now and I find it fun. I hope to one day find a note that is under 100.

    Love your twelves. I'm still looking for #12 star or a super repeater star for you. Came close the other day, saw someone selling a 2013 K00121214* and I thought of you. I think 35$ is a little high. Waiting to find one in the 15-20$ range.
