2013 3-D Lincoln Cent??

Hope you can see in this photo. Anyone heard of this one yet? It's being touted as RARE.

The ridge ring is indicative of die deterioration. There is an eBay seller that has been selling them for over a year.

You'll notice it a lot on the zinc cents. See here:
