I just got my 2012 mint set today and can someone guess what type of error is on the obverse? Obverse 1.jpg Obverse 2.jpg Obverse 3.jpg Reverse 1.jpg

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

It looks like a struck through error. Something was between the planchet and the die when it was struck and fell away after striking. Nice catch.

    I agree with a struck-thru error.

Is this a error worth getting slabbed or what type of value might it bring?

Maybe worth a little more but not enough to make it worth slabbing

Too bad about the hit on Liberty's Arm on the Reverse as the obverse if your coin looks to be MS68 material!
