I Googled an inquiry concerning worth or value in sequential bills. The search brought me here to a, 2007, I think i recall from reading (not retaining, lol) just moments ago, post discussing such.

A recent bank withdrawal resulted in 15 crisp new bills in sequential order.

Is there a market for this?

Do my 15 bills as a set have value more than face at this moment in time or fifty years from now maybe?

If those previous two questions are a resounding yes, would you grade these bills?

Anyways, in any case, I thought receiving these was pretty cool.

I believe Canadian currency is similar to US currency in the fact that it is distributed in packs of consecutively serial numbered notes. So they’re not unusual or rare or fancy.

You’d have to hold onto them for a really long while for them to attain rarity, and subsequently value. Just like with US notes, unless the consecutive notes date back at least to the 60s or 70s, they really won’t have much value over face. If you want, it might be worth saving 2-3 of them, but $750 CAD seems like a lot of money to tie up in newer bills.
