I wanted to vote 10 but I didn't know which one that was. That Cent has had a sort but tough life. It's almost damaged beyond recognition. Only worth face value. It sure has been beaten to near death. Also looks like acid was used. Spend it fast. Welcome to CT.
This is not run over , its a clean coin , i just dnt have the clear picture and decide not to clean it either
Definitely post mint damage. Looks like it spent a lot of time in a dryer (actually these are often called dryer coins). The loss of detail often is caused by exposure to heat.
It is also possible that someone spooned the edge. It is a process to make jewelry. Given this is a Zincoln cent, the dryer seems more likely.
Your 2014 has started cannibalizing itself. The zinc core underneath the copper electroplate is rotting thus all the oddities.
