what ever the bullion price is for silver. this not a coin. this is bullion silver 1 ounce. These are called American Silver Eagles = ASE. $14.64+ Witco metal prices link: http://www.kitco.com/market/
some dealers ask +$2-4 premium more dollars because these are government issued and are known around the world.
Just to be sure, test it to see if it is attracted to a magnet. It shouldn't be. Otherwise a pretty good deal. Welcome to CT.
Is the “coin dealer” you are buying this and the silver round from going out of business? I ask because you are being sold stuff BELOW minimum market value.
I’d buy every single one he has at $10. Whether that is two or two thousand of them. As long as they aren’t fake. I wonder what the discount below $10 I would be if I got 2,000 real ASEs from your coin dealer?
Minimum $14.64 each which is “spot” silver price. You may get slightly less or slightly more for them selling to a coin dealer. Except for your coin dealer.
it does not really have numismatic value just bullion market price for it. it might look like a coin, but in my opinion it is just bullion. do NOT ask a 3rd time.
