Double what? Double strike? DoubleD die? Double denomination?

It looks heavily doubled on b, e, r on liberty, and 0, 1, 1, on the date. Sorry, I've been home schooled !!!!!

This does look interesting, but I can't get the pictures to enlarge enough to see the details. Can you post clearer pix of LIBERTY and the date?

The new pictures are better but I'm still undecided. With the different lighting it looks more like machine doubling, but ER in Liberty and the 2 of the date still looks promising. It's just too hard to tell for sure from pictures. Do you have a local coin shop you could take it to? Ask them if they think it is an obverse doubled die. Good luck!

It does look interesting. Looks like there might be some extra thickness and possible notches but there's just too much glare on one side of the letters and too dark on the other side to see definitely. You need to maybe use indirect lighting and more of it.
