2011-D Jefferson - Improper Annealing or toned?

    Alright error guys, what do you think. I've only seen pictures. I've never seen one in hand. This coin isn't dirty. It's clean, with luster everywhere (I hope it shows in the images). Does it look improperly annealed or toned. FYI, the background is white. I know it appears to have a bluish tint in the pics, but it is as white as white can be.

    This just stuck out like a sore thumb due to the cartwheel effect. Thanks all!

    Agreed. Not improperly annealated.

    I disagree with the two above posters since the coin has the mottled appearance of an improper annealing.
