Hello this I've tried to find out on my own but with no webpage can i locate this I've noticed that on the 2011 Pennies I've been through so far they all have a smaller Upper dot on the Queens Earring compared to the past years as for 2012 I'm unsure if the change still is there i haven't went through all my pennies
