Well, I just received my 2010 uncirculated set from the Mint today (yeah, behind the times I know). Anyway, unlike the 2009 uncirculated set that had a small strip of white piece of paper accompanying it (i.e. explaining that the coins will tone overtime, etc.), I noticed that my 2010 uncirculated had no such thing. Thus, I started wondering…did that white piece of paper only come with the 2009 uncirculated sets because I don’t remember my 2008 or 2007 coming with it (or since the Mint updated their mint set packaging for that matter). Any thoughts?
