I've noticed in all my rolls that the 2010 D pennies are struck very weakly. At least, I think it's a weak strike. I guess it could be wear, but every single one of them are the same. I haven't seen any P examples, so I dunno about those. Any thoughts on the subject?
I can't tell about a weak strike without pics, but it takes a while to get P minted coins to the west coast, cause it needs time to transfer the coin by rolls/circulation. P minted coins aren't shipped to places where D minted coins can be shipped at a lower cost and vice versa
