Got this 2010 P Rosevelt along with a 2010 D at sonic today and it looks like a die chip in the cleft of Rosevelts chin. It's a raised spot and looks like a wart on his chin what do you think? Ice

"Warts" appears to be a very common affliction with the low relief coinage produced by the US Mint. I imagine the infection is transferred from press to die as they show up on an assortment of denominations. Lincolns, quarters, half dollars, Presidential dollars and now dimes! Perhaps the die shops have been infected but whatever the cause, I think good dose of wart remover should be used to stop this outbreak!

do you think this dime will carry a premium?

I doubt very seriously it has any value of more than a dime. Wanna trade it for a booger nose wash. quarter? I've got several of the rosies and wouldn't mind adding to it...
