If you're looking for personal collectibles, collect whatever it is that you like, but if all this searching is for profit....
Quite frankly, the presidential dollar collector has no real need to collect or identify presidential dollars by "die crack". Unlike the Morgan Dollars which are hugely popular, the presidential dollars are just barely surviving as a collectible. Hard core collectors may want to hang onto coins which exhibit obvious differences but unless demand increases for these coins, there simply will be no upside. I've got 2x2 boxes of coins I stuck away years ago and I am slowly starting to look at them as packaged pocket change! Just today, I spent some weak edge lettering Sacagawea's because it would cost me more to have them graded than they would be worth. That makes them Pocket change. As for the OP's coin, heck ya! Stick it in a 2x2 and revisit it in 10 years or so.
