I order back on 11/19/2010 two American Eagles Silver Proofs After looking at both when I got them, same issues came up on one coin milk spots and a few hit marks, well I FEDEX the one that had issues back to the Mint, Today to my amazement got replacement back today and looks like a 70 coin all the way, no marks etc. When I was talking to Brian at the US MINT he said was so sorry about 10 times on bad coin I got and will take care of replacement himself, which at time thought was a bunch of bull chips on his part , but he did what he told me on phone and did take care of me. Just want to say hats off to the people at the US MINT for taking care of me on this matter. On here I read a lot of bad stuff on coins other people got on the 2010 American Silver Proof coins, I guess it pays to be nice to person on phone at Mint, has any one else had luck on bad coins they got , and then on return coins made out as I did? I ordered one 2010 Silver Proof set. The reverse of the Millard Fillmore dollar had a few spots in the field, so I sent the set back and asked for a replacement. The replacement had a scratch on Millard Fillmore's reverse. I know the poor sap never gets any respect, but this was beyond fairness. I sent it back, also.
