2009 Proof Buffalo Coins PR69 & Proof

    I was wondering if someone can tell me why 2009 Gold Buffalo Proof coins in original packaging have a higher premium than 2009 Gold Buffalo Proof coins graded PR69 (nearly flawless). I would think it would be the opposite...

    Because the one in the original packaging could be a PF70.
