2009 Pres $1 Satins?

The Pres $1 set was (as I understand it) available in satin for 2007 and 2008.

Will there be a satin set for 2009? (Can you back your answer up with a source?) Someone I know really wants to know.

Before you answer, consider this item from MintBlogNews:

Now, the news item above was referring to the "2009 Presidential $1 Coin Uncirculated Set (XE3)"

I purchased a set to break open for my own album collection . . . and the coins looked like your ordinary uncirculateds. (Including bag marks!) And, note, nowhere on the webpage describing XE3 is the word "satin".

Note that the MintBlogNews says "in past sets". Again, I can tell you, the current set available is not satin.

So -- is this a change? Or will there be satins for 2009? (I have someone who, I think, has been collecting the satins for 2007 and 2008 and wants to continue his series into 2009)

Anyone know anything?
