i have seen the proof sets, i got 10 sets from the mint and there is some marks on some of the proof pennys. i was going to send them in to NGC for grading and it would of cost about $600.00 for grading fees shipping and INS and still might not get a set of proof 70. do you think the price will keep going up on pr70 set pennys. i went ahead and got a set for $527.00 graded by NGC do you think this was a good deal. i seen where a guy sent in 100 sets and only 7 sets came back pr70.
I think the price will still come down. The lincolns are always harder to get in PF70UC. If you would have waited till the hype comes down you would have gotten a better price. I never buy anything within the first 3 months of release. I think the price will come down to $300 per set by the end of the year. I don't believe this statement. I just looked at the pop report and it doesn't support this statement. Almost 15% of the coin submitted are coming back PF70UC.
