2009 penny formative years error

I just open a set of formative years penny mint set i found one that has red color in places one is on his sleeve almost looks like blood anyone know what it is it fresh from roll so i know its not tamper with

will take one when i finsh looking rest of roll so far i found 5 double die in same roll still looking

 

That I'm sure will drop the value.

 

now does any body think that the mint might be doing it to get people collecting them or are they just not caring anymore on there work its to bad if they are its just that everywhere i go a lot of people have same errors on new pennies.

 

just finished the roll i found 8 double thumbs in it

 

I've notice the coins at the end of some rolls I have looked through have a reddish tone to them where the the rolling machine damaged the copper plating at the high points of the design. Might yours have some damage where the reddish color is noticed???

 

could be its at the end of the roll
