2009 p Lincoln "is this a bubble?"

De-lamination and cud? on letter "R"

 

That would be a small Linear Plating Bubble.

Not a Cud nor Lamination.

 

It can't be a cud. A cud is a break along the rim that extends into the field. ~ Chris
