Anybody know if this is an error or not? The window on the right has what looks like a cud. Or is it a die break? Got a couple to look thru where Lincoln looks like he has only 3 fingers or a "club hand" too. Will post pics later.

That is not a window. It is the door, and the little XTRA MATERIAL You see there, is the handle.

That looks like a die chip. A cud happens from the rim in.

    2009-P Die Crack

    All,
I just received my five (5) rolls of P & D cents from the mint and started looking through the coins.
I have searched one and a half rolls of P and 1/2 roll of D.
An observation, the D rolls do not have the definition of the P rolls. Look at the reverse and note that buttons, shrubs, as well as other details are virtually non existant.
So far, I have found a die crack and die chips on seven (7) coins on the reverse in the P rolls.
The crack is from the rim (on the reverse) at 5:00 through the T, in cent. The one die chip is on the E in America and another is on the far 3:00 window position.
One coin shows the beginning of the die crack through the T. Very interesting, indeed.
