At first look, I thought the reverse just got caught up in damage after it left the mint. But, when I took a closer look, it left me with a couple of questions. The red arrows show some kind of grinder damage (pretty sure AFTER it left the mint) and the blue arrows show Indents in the coin. It is not gas under the plating because as I just stated, it is inverted. My question is... how the heck did the damage get UNDER the letters?
