2009 d guam quarter question

i found this in my change, i also have 2 other ones in similar condition. whats the grade on this and how much is it worth as is? note that all 3 are raw coins in 2x2's

Guam is the last territory quarter that I need for my set. I can't find it. Are these rare to be in circulation?
