2009 cent #2

recieved 4 sets of the formative years today. can't beleve they are here.i can;t beleve the mint actualy shipped them early. i even opened the boxes to make sure that they were there' now if we can get the mint to put them into circulation.

Hope you are not planning on selling...Opening the boxes is a no no there

Although, you don't know how tempted I am, to open one of the boxes, and see these rolls, and hold the rolls, but I'm fighting that temptation, and hoping for $20 a set, making $40, and after fees and shipping, I'll be close to breaking even, not what I want, but it was what I have to do...
We (The Flippers) took the mint's bait...
So, congrats on getting them, all of us, including me, I'm surprised we got them now, I thought Thanksgiving would be a more appropriate date to get them

 

Got mine in the mailbox yesterday: 5 sets. Still looking for anyone willing to trade a couple mint-packed rolls of the #2 issue for a couple of the #1s ... Yeah I know, fat chance.

I also got mine Saturday. They will be as common as dirt in a week or so. Watch the eBay prices plummet!!!

 

Got mine Saturday. I am gonna keep at least one set, maybe sell the other, maybe not, but I didn't buy any more than 2, thank God!

Well, I got my sets on Friday!
And both are on ebay

 

I just opened one up. Both rolls are tails - tails. I guess I have to take the Mint's word for it.

I only bought two, and made a couple of bucks on the first one I sold....not sure I'm going to sell the other right now because there seems to be a bunch on ebay right now. I may wait......my plan was to flip both, but we'll see what the prices are doing.
