Hello. Not too familiar with bills but found this one interesting. The ink smudge in the corner seems to be the same color as the tiny blue fibers in the note when I examined with magnification. Is it an error? Thanks!
looks like ink from a pen or some other source. the fibers have nothing to do with the ink itself. they are already in the paper before the note is printed. sorry just a ruined note.
