Let me just preface this with, I do not do much with paper money other than hoarding small face bills. Today when I emptied out my pockets I had a 2009 $20.00 star note with a very low serial number JB 00002228. It has been folded once down the middle but unfortunately has a small tear above Jackson's head. What sort of value would it have had without the tear and now with it? Thanks for any info you might be able to give me.
On ebay, the highest I see them selling for is $30-$35 but with the condition yours is in, you probably won't get more than $25.
