I know they didn't do a full run this year of the JF just wondering if its a rare thing and worth keeping or not or just another ten dollar bill. Thanks guys!

the condition leaves much to be desired. From what I understand, stars are worth face value unless in CU condition, or if the print run is SUPER low it can be a bit more worn.
Unfortunately condition makes this note worth face value only. Had it been in high grade maybe worth 20 bucks - only cause it's print run is on the lower side, although not very low either.
