I’m confused by this one, thought it was interesting though. Is this an error or did someone go crazy with scissors?

My vote would be error, as the lines look really defined.

I believe this was cut outside the mint. Hard to imagine how the mint could cut a curve. Not saying it couldn't happen, just very suspicious.

The BEP does not cut notes with a curved blade.
    Every cut is straight.
Your note is damaged and worth face value.

Isn't everything the mint cuts curved?;)

Yeah. Just a weird cut for a bill.

Damaged bill. There is nothing in the BEP process that would account for a curved cut.

My mistake, I know better. Just replying quickly and didn't think about it.
Smack my knuckles with a ruler why don't you?

    Nope, I can't do that, I'm not a nun. It's a union thing.

Looks like someone took a 4, 16, or 32 sheet of ones and cut them with scissors.

It does look like that, but the 2009 $1 L-T block was not available to collectors in sheets. http://www.uspapermoney.info/general/uncut.html
