2009 $1 error print

can anyone tell me if the $1 bill is a error print?
looks like it has the letter LA on top of the eagle next to the stars in white, check my other $1 bills and none of them has the white mark next to the starts.
the bottom is a regular note.

No, it’s not an error.

You could probably magnify all notes and find very minor imperfections in many of them. Maybe a little under inking in that one area.
