2008D Lincoln Cent - What's Wrong With Pic.

I got this penny out of one of the rolls I bought last year. If you look at the earlobe do you think it's doubled or what. also when you look at the closeup there is a line that runs from the eyebrow to the hairline. In person it looks like a crack but with with my camera I can't bring out the detail.
Anyway I just wanted to get your thoughts on this Cent.

Almost looks like a "teardrop". Very interesting. Thanks for sharing that. Any duplicates in that roll?
