    Looks like flat-field doubling, a form of MD.

    Carlos doubling on coins means nothing unless the doubling is from a coin die that was accidentally hubbed twice during the die making process with one hubbing out of align with the other hubbing. then this die strkes the new planchets and the resulting coins retain the doubled image from the double hubbed die.

    It will take you a while to learn how to tell the differences between the almost worthless types of doubling and the real mint doubled dies. don't get discouraged you can learn easy off the internet if you are interested in error and variety coins.
