Nice find! As for value, I'm not to sure. There haven't been any on eBay sold listings. Someone is asking like $50 for a 2015 with a 90 degree rotation. But they can ask any price they want weather it sell or not remains to be seen.

We could resort to the old "it's only worth what someone will pay for it" line, but wouldn't be of any real help to you unless, perhaps, you offered in an auction format. Generally speaking though, I'd be very surprised to see anyone pay more than a very modest amount for it all things considered. It's certainly going to be "worth" something, some premium, but I wouldn't start contemplating early retirement. As always, nice find!
Looks like it's rotated about 45 degrees or so, the minimum most collectors want for a RR coin. I'd say in this market, it's worth about a dollar per degree of rotation.
