You have posted this twice now, here 8 hours ago https://www.cointalk.com/threads/whats-up-with-this-dime.411425/ were the answers not to your liking? Why have you not posted images of the whole coin, obverse and reverse, cropped to show only the coin and posted full size instead of thumbnails? Sometimes we need to see the overall look of a coin to interpret it. @paddyman98 gave you the obvious answer in your other thread.
