2008 Monroe proof DD?

    Got this in my presidential proof set and wanted to know would it be considered a double die. It appears that the doubling is limited to the initials and maybe a little of the hand. Any opinions appreciated. My pics are not the greatest but for now it's all I have. Thanks

    Sorry, the picture was taken with a cheap magnifier microscope. It is indeed as it appears, I don't know how you could "contrive" doubling, I can see it clearly with a hand held magnifer, I obviously have not yet mastered using the QX5 microscope. Besides, I'm not selling it, I just wanted other opinions.

    No, It's not,

    This is actually what machine doubling damage, even on a proof coin looks like.
