    That's actually his right eyebrow :woot:
    But looking at the coin it's the left side facing us :rolleyes:

    I compared to another coin and found that the eyebrow was not designed in better detail than the other.. Maybe a bit of grease filled die.

    That was kind of my thought too. I had also compared it to pictures of other ones and did not see the same marking. Thank you for your information.
