My first thought was a die clash, but the "columns " are too close together, any thoughts?

99.9% of the "errors" on post 1982 cents are plating issues, IMHO.

Not sure that is a clash but it’s so small and being zinc with the way it looks, I’d spend it.
When you find your first Jailed cent. You really can't miss the ghostly image on both sides.
