2008 D Alaska Quarter with Missing Letters on Obverse

    Hey everyone,

    Just found this cool 2008 D Alaska Quarter with missing letters on the Obverse. The quarter is missing the E in WE and the T at the end of TRUST. The mint stamp is also pretty weak. Coin isn't in great shape. Just thought I'd share. Thanks!

    I can see faint traces of the letters and that’s because it was minted with grease or debris on the die in those areas.

    STG/debris, but the rest of the coin is so bad I fear any value beyond FV is negated.
