I have all of the 10 coin proof sets from 1999-2007 but forgot to buy the 2008 10 coin set. I've been looking on ebay and the cheapest one I see is $63.00. Why are they going for this much?
because the Mint sold out of them before the end of last year. they are no longer available (most are available up to 6 months into the new year), and therefore are now commanding a premium.
