I've come across this 2008 Alaska Quarter and I can't find anything about it on the web? Could this really be the first one found?? Anyone have any info or know anyone who would be interested in purchasing??

You'll want to stick to just the one thread. Not that it's a big deal, but the mods ask that we do so. Plus, they'll just combine the threads anyway....

That said, I addressed this somewhat in the other thread, but try searching for "off-center" struck Alaska quarters.

As for someone to purchase, this is another no-no on the forum, other than in the BST (buy-sell-trade) section, but I would suggest doing your homework before even thinking of such a thing. When you've all the necessary information, then look into options. With something like this, though; eBay may very well by your best bet.

Show the obverse too. If the obverse is normal, it's a misaligned die strike. (Minor error, very cool.) If the obverse is also off, then it is "off center", which is more valuable.
Probably not the 1st one found these things are common. I'd keep it.
