    Hello,

I am not in any realm an experienced coin collector. I am green. However, I noticed this 2007 Wyoming state quarter on the counter today. It appears to have several things wrong with it. To me, it looks like this had to be done from the mint and a strike error. Anything is possible though, so it me be a damaged coin, and have absolutely no value whatsoever. You dont know if you dont share..so I'm sharing to see if anyone with experience can clue me in on the mystery. Thanks
