Has anyone come across one of these where there appears to be very little detail on the reverse of the coin but the obverse is fine? I got one of these today as change, it's a Philly mint mark.
Well looks like the old boys up at the jail house had something to do, besides making license plates. So they made..... The State quarter.
That's what I thought the first time I saw one too, but that's the way they were designed. They really did not put much effort into that design.
