I've been purchasing one of these for the past 5 years or so and every year I need to find a place that has the best price.I know I've seen input from some other members about sites they prefer because of price or reliability.
LynnCoins has them at $86 but I know I can do better...any suggestions?

$83 including shipping sounds reasonable, and this particular seller looks to have a solid reputation on eBay.

Of course if you want the proof can just go to www.usmint.gov . $104.95 plus shipping. They're also selling uncirculated directly to the public now (well they will soon; the 2007's aren't available yet from their site). Probably a bit more, but you get the nifty presentation box.

    Thanks guys!
I didn't realize they'd be selling them directly from the mint in original packaging.I think it's worth waiting for that.

That's a new thing (at least for the uncirculated) that they only started doing last year. Can get the silver and platinum uncirculated directly from them too now.

The Uncirculated that the mint will be selling are NOT the same Uncirculated coins that you get from the bullion dealers. There are three types of gold eagles now, Unc with no mintmark and a business strike finish, Unc with a W mintmark and a Satin finish, and Proof with a W mintmark. And the Satin finish that the mint will be selling will cost MORE than the regular Bullion coin.

i second that, as that is where i purchased mine, but be sure to examine the shipping/handling charges from each loaction as they will increase the price.
