are these going to be commerative dollars or will they be included in the annual coins sets as the dollar coin if they are part of the annual coin sets, will the 2007 2008 and 2009 sets be key sets. I thought the 2004 annual coin sets would be key sets as they contained the first new nickels....but IMO I do not see the 2004 annual proof sets doing so well. Any thoughts?
From what I understand we will have 5 dollar coins in a separate case like the quarter program now.. 4 pres dollar coins each year plus the sac dollar. and as I understand it the quarter program is going to run until 2008 so that will be one thick proof and mint sets. 14 coins per set I think...
So then I guess those blue boxes I bought from the mint for the entire 1999-2008 sets are not going to hold the final sets. Guess the mint screwed us on that one
Actually in some cases the 2004 proof sets are going for twice their mint issue price...that is pretty good for being out as short of a time as they have been.
